In these difficult times, I provide a robust and flexible service to children and families and am able to offer Art Therapy outdoors too.

Art Expression Tasters

I provide art expression workshops for groups (holiday provision, corporate and other learning organisations). I offer online and face-to-face sessions, ensuring the highest health and safety standards.

Work in Schools

I can offer Art Therapy in nurseries and Primary Schools to support children with SEMH and within SEN teams, to support children with a range of additional needs.

Early Years and Forest Schools

I have experience working in Forest Schools and in SALT teams to offer children chances to socialise creatively and to learn outdoors.

Online Art Therapy

I am passionate about parental mental health and offer and online Zoom group for mums and tots, offering a free and non-judgemental space of self-expression.

Art Therapy to encourage growth, hope and self-expression.

I am a freelance HCPC and BAAT registered Art Psychotherapist with experience using Art Therapy with children in schools and offering creative interventions to both nursery and school children. Based on Forest Schools work and use of outdoor play with Early Years Children, I can also offer Art Therapy sessions for children and families based outdoors. I believe that Art Therapy creates new possibilities and space to address difficult feelings, in a safe and contained way.

London Brick (2017) – I explored my London roots and the process of discovery as an immigrant through research and artmaking. This work illustrates my work as a biographical artist and the service that I offer to visually and creatively represent family trees for clients looking to explore their heritage through art commissions.

Homes (2014) – My passion for community and connection led me to explore what families loved about their neighbourhood in East London (UK). Drawing their hopes, dreams and fears was a labour of love and celebration of diversity. Ink print on A4 paper.

Abstract (2020) – During the Art Expression Workshops, I work alongside group members as we create connection and a safe place for discussion. Oil pastel and paint on paper.

Fragmented (2020) – An exploration of the tumultuous recent times and how being ‘held’ emotionally can be possible. Paint, sand, gold leaf and ink on cardboard.
